We want you to love your fragrance, so we keep returns simple and honest:

• Because perfume is a hygiene-sensitive product, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and payment-processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
