We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

Setiap pesanan mendapat subsidi ongkir 20% dari nilai pesanan (maksimal Rp 50.000), tanpa minimum belanja. This is automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 WIB (noon) on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 12:00 or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order in My Account.

⚠ Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately before opening and contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International

We currently ship to Indonesia only. International shipping is on our roadmap, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Return within 7 days of delivery. Item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on opened fragrances, we recommend trying a discovery vial first.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

All orders arrive in our earthy-toned gift box with tissue paper, a Lakescent wax seal, and a handwritten thank-you card.

Bottles are wrapped in foam cushioning inside a rigid outer box, built to survive shipping without a scratch.
