Lakescent Store – Perfume Products

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers who purchase perfume products from Lakescent Store. By placing an order, making a payment, or receiving our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Information (Perfume)

1. Lakescent Store offers carefully curated fragrance products crafted for personal expression and everyday elegance.
2. Product descriptions, scent notes, concentration (e.g. EDP, EDT), volume, and images are presented with attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Fragrance perception is inherently subjective. Variations in scent experience, packaging appearance, or batch production may occur and do not constitute a defect.
4. Lakescent Store does not guarantee that a fragrance will match individual preferences, as scent performance may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and usage.

3. Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payments must be completed using the available payment methods provided at checkout.
3. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
4. Lakescent Store reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions.

3. Perfume products contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquid items, which may be subject to additional handling, packaging standards, or courier restrictions.
4. Lakescent Store ensures proper packaging; however, minor cosmetic packaging imperfections caused during transit do not affect product quality.
5. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Perfume)

1. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Return requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, along with supporting evidence.
3. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
4. Shipping fees and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

2. Lakescent Store shall not be liable for misuse of products, including exposure to heat, flame, or improper application.
3. Lakescent Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of perfume products.
4. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

9A. Product Safety Disclaimer

1. Perfume products are for external use only.
2. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or open flames.
3. Keep products away from children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
4. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek professional advice if necessary.
5. Lakescent Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of perfume products.
6. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

1. When signing up or creating an account on the Lakescent Store website, customers agree to provide accurate and complete personal information, including a valid email address.
