We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

All orders above Rp 300.000 qualify for free standard shipping (JNE Regular, 3–5 business days). This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 WIB (noon) on business days are processed the same day. Orders after 12:00 or on weekends are processed the next business day.

⚠ Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately before opening and
contact us within 24 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We currently ship to Indonesia only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

Return within 7 days of delivery. Item must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns on opened fragrances — we recommend trying a discovery vial first.
