No — your points never expire as long as your account remains active (at least one activity every 18 months).
Can I use points with a discount code?

Points earned on returned items are deducted from your balance. If this causes you to drop below Gold, you retain Gold status until end of quarter.
Are tiers permanent once I reach them?
